Gallant and Associates have a passion for the process of intervention. We know that when one person in the family system has “had enough”, change is possible. Addicts do not have to die from their disease; nor do they have to “hit bottom” before recovery can begin.
Love, feelings and facts are the tools that can be used to motivate the addict to receive help. Families and friends generally do not have the training to utilize these tools effectively. We at Gallant and Associates understand and are able to facilitate the process of "structured family intervention" We help family and friends break through the denial, anger and pain of the addict and accept help.

About The Founder
Paul J. Gallant MC, LPC, BRI-II is a Masters level, licensed professional counselor and board registered interventionist. He is a member of the Association of Intervention Specialists. He has been helping people recover since 1986. Paul's compassion, respect and clinical expertise provide each family with the training and confidence to help their loved one to recover.
Paul is an international speaker on the subject of intervention and is well-respected in the treatment industry. His close personal and professional contacts at the top recovery centers in the world prove invaluable when negotiating the sometimes difficult pre-admission process.

About The Director
John Sullivan /Interventionist, Director of Case Management.
John Sullivan, LMSW has over twenty years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health fields.
He has worked with hundreds of families affected by addiction and psychiatric disorders. John has extensive knowledge of resources and a commitment to “doing whatever it takes” to support health and healing. John brings his broad social work experience to intervention and his responsibilities as Director of Case Management.
Gallant & Associates have been helping people recover since 1986. We work with alcoholism and addiction, eating disorders, mood disorders, psychiatric issues and sexual addiction. Our skillful interventionists are all masters level clinicians with special training in family systems. We are committed to treating each person in this process with dignity and respect.
